The objective of this in-service program was to provide high-quality professional development training the area of pedagogical technology integration across the school curriculum. The training involved pedagogical issues regarding technology integration in all academic subjects and grade levels. The curriculum provided both a theoretical underpinning of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and offered opportunities for developing skills related to integrating technology in everyday classroom practices. This 350 hour program spanned a period of 6 months. Upon successfully completing the program, the participants could become official ICT mentors in their respective academic subjects.
