Educational potential of transmedia learning in the promotion of soft skills for the labour insertion of disabled university graduates

The project focuses on the study, research and design of good practices and tools for the social and professional integration of higher education graduates with disabilities who are at risk of social exclusion. The project will create a digital interactive platform where trainees will focus on utilizing the appropriate skills that will contribute to their integration into the labor market.
